Heather Miller was born and raised in South Texas. Mentored by her father, a Navy veteran and career Law Enforcement professional, she began shooting at age 4. Along the way, she has become one of the nation’s top female shooters, competing across the country and worldwide. For more than 13 years, Heather has been active in multiple competitive disciplines, including USPSA, IPSC, IDPA, Steel Challenge, 3-Gun, tactical challenges and precision rifle events. She consistently earns top finishes in several sports. Heather was selected to represent the United States in the IPSC World Rifle Championships in Sweden, and the IPSC World Shotgun Championship in France, where she and her team won the Silver Medal in 2018.

In addition to her competitive endeavors, Heather been trained with and carried firearms for defense for 14 years. She regularly uses her experience to give back to the community by hosting firearms and concealed-carry clinics, and staying active in local and national Second Amendment advocacy efforts.

With 10 years of experience in the firearms industry, Heather is an accomplished Business Development, Sales, and Marketing professional. She makes use of her industry knowledge to provide vital support to non-profit organizations such as the DC Project Foundation, Task Force Dagger Foundation, Duskin Stephens Foundation, and the Memorial 3-Gun Foundation. When she isn’t working, competing, or teaching, you can find her in the mountains with her husband, staying sharp with her other shooting hobby: photography.

Heather is a true Professional Shooter who travels far and wide to compete, learn, teach, and share her passion with those she works with.
